Miami Beach is our largest concentration outside the mainland, with more than 20 active properties, including the public and institutional grounds the city sees most of: bayfront landscaping, promenades, entry features and pavilion grounds.
Public work sets the bar. The schedule is fixed, the standard is inspected, and there is nowhere to hide a missed week. Thirty years of it is why we still hold the work.
What we maintain in Miami Beach
- Public and institutional grounds. Bayfront landscaping, promenades and pavilion grounds maintained on a fixed schedule.
- Coastal and salt-tolerant planting. Species and irrigation chosen for barrier-island exposure, not adapted from inland planting.
- Palm and tree care in-house. Canopy and palm work carried out by our own crews rather than subcontracted out.
- Storm and hurricane response. First-line exposure on the island, backed by crews and equipment from six Raise divisions.
